Eatology in Vernon

Fantastic diner! Very friendly staff and staff service. The food was delicious (only complaint is the salmon on the Benny was very salty). Atmosphere is very pleasant - the place is buzzing with life! When we were here had to wait for a table, though only ten minutes.Only passing through but would definitely come back here again.

We've heard a lot about this establishment so had to check it out. We weren't disappointed. Great food.

All I can is WOW! Today is mine and my fiance's 3 year anniversary and we decided to break our usual routine and try Eatology. We were not disappointed at all! This is our new favorite place. The food is unbelievably good! I got the pulles pork eggs benny and just wow!

Great food! Best eggs benny I've had (probably because it had a deep fried potato patty instead of an English muffin), and the stuffed French toast was filled with fresh local cherries! I will definitely be going back.

Absolutely delicious. I have never had stuffed french toast, let alone how good it was. Portion sizes are awesome and prices are very good too. Service was well considering how busy they were and the kitchen absolutely nailed it. Highly recommend you go here if you haven't been before!

Yeah so I was visiting from out of town and came across this place. The atmosphere is 100% awesome. Staff were fun and engaging. Food came fast and was what I expected. It took a little bit of waving to get my coffee refilled but was not a mood wrecker. When I come back to town I will 100% be stoping by here again.

Great food, had the beef burger. Super friendly staff with a nice atmosphere. I'd go back. Little tight on seating but outside that, nice little spot.

Good food but not quite what I expected. I thought they would feature local organic food but it seems like more of a greasy diner - in food and atmosphere (which isn't necessarily a bad thing). The guacamole was scrumptious but the OJ was from concentrate. Overall, not worth the drive from Kelowna when we have the Bohemian right downtown. Just sayin.

We love EATology. Perfect place to bring the kids (smiley face pancakes!) but its also a great restaurant for a lunch date with friends! And their chicken and waffles-TO DIE FOR. We are regulars there now!

Amazing!! First trip to Vernon in years and I'm glad we came here for breakfast. I had the Mexican Skillet and my sisters had the eggs Benedict and stuffed French toast. Absolutely delightful and I will definitely be back

My girlfriend and I drive from Kelowna to go here for food because it’s that good! Their Almighty BLT is filling and delicious! And if you do go, make sure you always get the Dirty Fries! They’re fried with rosemary, sage, and thyme, banana pepper and pork belly!! I’m still trying to get through the menu because it’s all so good, but I’m stuck ordering the same favourites! Truly worth trying, I hope they open a location in Kelowna!!

I’m a vegan, there were a few options which is nice. Buddha bowl with tofu was delightful. They also have vegan waffles! Lots of breakfast and brunch stuff, closes early at 3. Get ready to wait in line.

I ordered a poutine in the morning and though it ruined my day because it’s not the best way to start your day, it was delicious. Just the right amount of gravy and cheese and the fries were really good. Nice and roomy with a good atmosphere.

Very busy restaurant in the downtown Vernon. Parking was a problem and we had to drive around for a while to find parking. Even the pay parking lot across the street was full. It is a line up at the counter and order place. Only then will they seat you. For a busy place like this, it is a good idea. The cashier was friendly and helpful. We ordered an eggs Benny and an omlette with both of them being very good. The hash browns were excellent. Coffee is not coffee house strength and we wouldn't order it again. Very busy with a crowd that covered millennials to grandparents. Worthy of a visit

Tried the salmon burger, potato cheddar soup, and the BLT almighty. All were AMAZING.

Had a mexican skillet. Must be from a plain part of Mexico. Not enuf spicy but still good. In these days of no spice on table still very good. Nice people , good service. Will definately go back and try other menu items.

We've been hearing about Eatology for a long time... Finally made it here. Nothing unassuming for the front of house but you are here for the food! The Eggs Benny and Mexican eggs were tasty, creative and we'll presented. I would say the value for money was really good however it is not an inexpensive meal.

Really, really good food. We went at about 11:30 and it was busy but they wait was very reasonable. The staff have their act together and handle heavy volume very efficiently.Ordering is done at the counter when you come in and there is apparently a policy of not grabbing a table until you have ordered. This seemed weird until I realized that it ensures tables are available for those who have ordered and it does this very well, even when the order line extends back to the doorway.After we placed our order the wait to get a table was only 2-3 minutes and we were seated at a table perfect for our group of 5.Food arrived promptly and was delicious (I had a Buddha Bowl and my wife had a chicken burger).Service was quick, professional and friendly. Definitely one for my list of preferred lunch spots in Vernon.

Hip little eatery. I had a yummy breakfast and eggs and avocado which was filling, but not heavy. Coffee is organic and tasty.

Stopped in for breakfast today while I was waiting for someone landing at Kelowna airport. I was seriously impressed, the coffee was great and the food was awesome, easily the best breakfast sausage I've had in a long time. I will definitely be back next time I'm passing through Vernon!

If you’ve heard hype about Eatology, it definitely deserves it. Every item I’ve tried on the menu has been mouthwateringly delicious. They’re really great for making adjustments to their food to accommodate a vegan diet as well. If you’ve never tried their ‘dirty fries’ you’re missing out.. without exaggeration, they are the best fries I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for an interesting and scrumptious bite to eat you gotta check out Eatology.

If this little gem of a restaurant had full table service I would have given it the five star pull!Food was delightful and bursting with texture and flavour. Vernons best kept secret located in the old Greyhound bus depot right downtown. Highly recommend this place for its originality and charm! Check it out!

Delicious food and a pretty nice variety in the menu. You might need to wait long lineups if you go on weekends but worth checking out.

I usually only give five stars, but this place - with it's great food - insists on running this super confusing seating system. They want you to line up for your food, pay for it and then find a seat. As long as you order food, you can sit wherever you want. However, if you order coffee, you cannot sit down at a table - no matter the size of the group you have coming. On the flip side, if you're one person and you order food, you can sit at the biggest table in the restaurant unmolested. Anyway, you need to have a game plan and a complete group before walking through the door, otherwise you might find yourself in the frustrating position I was in as I ate two breakfasts in order to enjoy one with a friend.

After a 10k race in Kelowna we met up with a friend in Vernon for a hearty breakfast. This place is unique and very tasty, not what I was expecting next to a Greyhound terminal. Generous portions and good coffee.

Hubby and I treated ourselves to breakfast here and thoroughly enjoyed every bite. I ordered the Pulled Pork Benny and my guy had the Big Breakfast. We both like our eggs cooked medium and weren't disappointed. They were perfect! Even the side of potatoes was full of flavor, the kitchen really knows how to make their customers happy.

Foodies unite! I love the creative comfort food menu, with something for everyone. Usually quite busy, but if you wait a few minutes, a table should open up. Awesome little joint!

Best breakfast I have ever had. They show they care and go on the healthier side. Omega 3 eggs are a rare find in restaurants! Awesome to see the extra effort made!

I must say the front service is great but overall this place is no better than a two star. I had the Avo on Toast with a side of hash. The food looks good but hash browns were barely warm and the avocado spread was brownish, not fresh. I really wanted to like this place, overall disappointed—they need to try harder!

The food was excellent! Great prices and portions, my only grype was they gave me nesquick instead of chocolate milk. Would of rather been given regular milk or been asked if that was okay. Not the end of the world, the rest was top notch!

Wow. Just wow. Vernon certainly is lucky to have a breakfast/lunch restaurant that has a menu as diverse and satisfying as this one. Eatology was recommended to me from a past colleague and I went with a party of four first time diners at Eatology. We were given excellent recommendations from the friendliest waitress. There were lots of drinks to choose from and the food was delicious and very well presented. Might I add that it is in a very convenient location with plenty of parking which is always a plus. We will definitely be coming back multiple times and trying even more food from their menu. Splendid job Eatology

Best place for breakfast and lunch. Long lines and waits for tables can be annoying but are totally understandable because a lot of people know it’s the best :-). Hopefully they can scale over time to reduce this problem a bit. In the meantime the waiting table with games is an excellent idea!

The best breakfast place! Stuffed French toast is always a great pick! I also love the salmon Benny on a potato cake instead of an English muffin (awesome gluten free alternative!) as well as the salmon burger! So many great options for the whole family. Be prepared to wait for a table as it’s a popular spot- so worth the wait though!

Since I first came to visit BC in 2019, this place has been my GO TO breakfast joint!! The food is so full of flavour and is FRESH!😍 I highly recommend the dirty fries! They are so crispy! Best fries in the Okanagan! You truly can’t go wrong with anything on their menu, also the service and staff are so incredibly polite! I have never had a bad experience here, I’ve come more than a dozen times and each visit is better then the last!! You guys are killing it! My only critique is wishing you had another restaurant up in Kelowna but seriously the food is so delicious it’s worth the drive🙆🏼‍♀️

Love this place! So many gluten free options and they'll customize orders for you. Never have had a bad meal or bad service here.

Great food, perfect spices and good service!

Unreal breakfast spot. Worth the wait if there is one. Mac and cheese with broccoli was massive and delicious. The grilled cheese club sandwich is brunch geniusness epitomized. Highly recommend this spot if your in town for a great breakfast or lunch.
